Your rehabilitation will begin with a functional capacity evaluation (FCE), which is a comprehensive assessment of your functional abilities, using real or simulated work activities specific to your job. The evaluation measures range of motion, strength, endurance, and tolerance to work-related tasks.

Using results from the FCE and your job description, our therapists can develop an effective treatment plan tailored to your work-related needs and goals.

Throughout your treatment, we will keep your employer and case manager up-to-date on the progress of your care. When you are ready to resume your job duties, we will provide your doctor and employer with return-to-work protocols to ensure your safety at work and prevent re-injury.
